Johnnie Walker Princes Street is our global flagship experience, welcoming visitors from around the world while creating unforgettable moments that inspire a lifelong connection with our brands. **About the Team** You'll join the Johnnie Walker Experience Leadership Team, working alongside experts across hospitality, visitor experience, food & beverage, retail and marketing to deliver exceptional events and guest experiences in one of Scotland's leading visitor attractions. **About the Role** As an Experience Support Assistant, you'll play a vital role in the day-to-day operation of our guided tours and tasting experiences. From preparing tasting rooms and managing stock to supporting operational excellence, you'll help ensure every visitor enjoys a premium and memorable experience. **Role Responsibilities** + Prepare, set up and reset tasting rooms and experience spaces to ensure every tour is delivered to the highest standard. + Manage stock, equipment and supplies, ensuring visitor-facing and storage areas remain organised, fully stocked and presentation-ready. + Maintain excellent cleanliness, food hygiene and health & safety standards across all operational areas. + Support the smooth delivery of tours by coordinating experience timings and responding promptly to visitor and team needs. + Assist with training new team members and contribute to continuous improvement across the visitor experience. + Provide operational support across other areas of the business, including the bar and retail, as required. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your hospitality and operational skills while working at one of Scotland's leading visitor attractions. You'll gain valuable experience across multiple areas of the business and become an ambassador for one of the world's most iconic whisky brands. **Experience / Skills Required** This could be the right opportunity for you if you have: + Experience within hospitality, food & beverage, tourism or another customer-facing environment. + A passion for whisky, premium hospitality and delivering exceptional visitor experiences. + Strong communication, organisational and time management skills. + A proactive, customer-first mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. + A collaborative approach with the flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
