The Role

As a Customer Service Assistant,you'll provide an excellent customer experience by managing reception bookings,answering enquiries, identifying sales opportunities, hosting events, servingfood and drinks, and keeping the centre clean, welcoming and running smoothly.

You’ll work across variousdepartments, from running the Laser Arena and hosting Escape Room experiencesto managing karaoke rooms, and hosting children’s parties. Every day will bringsomething new, keeping the fun flowing!

You should be efficient,proactive, friendly, and confident in customer interactions, with exceptionalservice as your priority.

Skills You Need

• Determined, enthusiastic, andable to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service,communication skills, and a "nothing is too much trouble" attitude
• Fully flexible, includingevenings and weekends
• Approachable, helpful, organisedand a strong team player, with good attention to detail
