Full-Time Position

Join AdventHealth Medical Group Cardiology at Kissimmee and become part of a growing, patient-centered cardiovascular team serving one of Central Florida's fastest-growing communities. Working alongside experienced cardiologists, interventional cardiologists, and fellow APPs, you'll have the opportunity to build lasting patient relationships while caring for a diverse patient population across the continuum of cardiovascular care. You'll play an important role in helping patients achieve better heart health and long-term wellness through compassionate, whole-person care.

General Summary:

The APRN or PA-C, under the supervision of the Physician(s), who acts as the collaborative practitioner, is responsible for:

• Build lasting relationships with patients while providing comprehensive outpatient cardiovascular care, from new consultations to long-term disease management
• Partner with an experienced team of cardiologists and interventional cardiologists to deliver coordinated, evidence-based care
• Care for patients across the full spectrum of cardiovascular health, from prevention and risk reduction to the management of complex chronic cardiac conditions
• Common areas of focus include coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmias, valvular disease, peripheral artery disease, and cardiovascular risk management.
• Care for patients in both our Kissimmee and Partin Settlement clinic locations, helping expand access to high-quality heart care throughout the community
• Practice with a high degree of autonomy while collaborating within a supportive, team-oriented environment

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Passion for cardiovascular care and building lasting patient relationships
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to team-based care
• Confidence managing a diverse cardiovascular patient population in an outpatient setting
• Dedication to compassionate, whole-person care
• Bilingual or fluent in Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply

Schedule Details:

• Monday Friday
• Primary Campus: AH Kissimmee
• Flexibility to cover Partin Settlement clinics on scheduled days

Licensure, Certification, and Registration:

• Current, valid Florida APRN or PA license or ability to obtain
• ANCC, AANP or NCCPA certification required.
• Current BLS and ACLS
• CVNP-BC or CVPA-BC a plus
