About the Client:
Our client, a global alternative investment management firm with a collegiate environment, is looking for an Administrative / Marketing Assistant to support the team on an ongoing temporary basis.
About the Administrative / Marketing Assistant role:
This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced investment firm. The responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- General office administration
- Responding to queries via phone and email
- Administrative support to the marketing team
- Ad-hoc administration, as required
Candidate Specification:
- Some prior experience in an administrative role
- Highly organised and capable of multi-tasking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Can-do attitude
- Team player, able to work collaboratively
Additional Information:
- Salary up to £35k, depending on experience
- Standard hours are 9am - 6pm
- Hybrid working - WFH on Wednesdays
- Ongoing temp with the potential possibility to go permanent
