Who We're Looking For
Experience working with children in an educational setting (essential)
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
Calm, proactive and adaptable approach
Passion for supporting pupils' learning and wellbeing
Commitment to safeguarding
TA2 / TA3 qualifications are desirable, but experience is essential.
