Are you an enthusiastic and supportive Teaching Assistant ready to make a positive impact in a student-focused school? A high-achieving secondary school in Nottinghamshire is seeking a Teaching Assistant to join their inclusion team from January 2026.

About the Role:
A full-time, permanent role supporting KS3–KS4 pupils in class, delivering small-group sessions, assisting with SEND provision, supporting behaviour and helping create an inclusive learning environment.

The school is known for excellent pastoral care, strong academic outcomes and a collaborative staff team. Teaching Assistants receive regular CPD, mentoring and opportunities to progress.

We are looking for someone who:
• Communicates well with young people
• Is patient, proactive and enthusiastic
• Works well with teachers, SEND and pastoral teams
• Is organised, reliable and supportive
• Has experience with children or young people (preferred)
