A strong and inclusive secondary school in Nottinghamshire is seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their SEND and learning support team from February 2026.

About the Role:
This is a full-time post supporting KS3–KS4 learners, providing one-to-one and small-group support, helping deliver intervention programmes and assisting teachers in creating a positive learning environment.

The school is known for excellent behaviour, a warm community atmosphere and dedicated pastoral teams. Teaching Assistants receive ongoing CPD and strong support from the SEND department.

• Is patient, encouraging and proactive
• Works well with teaching and pastoral staff
• Is reliable, organised and caring
• Has previous youth or educational experience (preferred)
