We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO on a 12 month Fixed Term Maternity Cover Contract. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities with discretion, and provides a high standard administrative and operational support.
This is a full time, permanent position located in our Head Office near Liverpool Street Station in the City of London. Given the nature of this role, this position is required to be in the office four days a week with the option to work from home one day a week.

Key Responsibilities
- Executive Assistant – Standard administrative responsibilities from calendar management, liaising with top level executives to schedule, comms management, board company secretary duties, etc
- Events – End to end management of all executive events ranging from strategy offsites (c.30 people), semi-frequent office events (c.110 people) through to our annual awards event (c.700 people)
- Design – Preparing presentations for executive meetings as needed, frequently designing and formatting documents, creating and maintaining organisation charts, and supporting with other ad hoc design related tasks.
- Charity Lead – Heading up fundraising for the entire company (Centrepoint), driving the regions to fundraise, tracking and organising whole group initiatives / events, etc
- Office Management – Responsible for managing our Office Administrator, overseeing day to day office operations, liaising with Industrious (our landlord), and handling approvals for POs, invoices, and costs, while serving as the office’s key point of knowledge and support’
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in administrative support with multiple upper management, c-suite preferable in a corporate environment, paired with 2+ years' experience in corporate office management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience with dealing with c-suite level executives and stakeholders
- Large scale event management experience
- Advanced design skills in Microsoft Suite
- Emotional intelligence, professionalism and strict confidentiality
