Description
Executive Assistant responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to 5 senior members of the Investor Relations team.
Manage complex diaries and calendars with calls and meetings.
Organising roadshows and events.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Managing and updating data in the CRM and supporting tools.
Responsible for travel arrangements and expense processing.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Assist with the preparation of documents and materials for meetings and events.
Assisting the Office Manager with the management of office supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination.
Profile
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
Previous experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency with office software and tools commonly used in financial services.
Capability to handle confidential information professionally.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
