The Role

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will deliver an outstandingexperience for our customers. This includes booking customers in at reception,being a point of contact for customer questions, being alert to salesopportunities, hosting individuals and children's parties, delivering food tothe lanes, keeping the centre clean and tidy.

You'll be involved in a rangeof departments, from hosting children's parties and overseeing the Laser Arenato managing Escape Room experiences and running karaoke rooms. Each day willoffer something different, ensuring the fun never stops!

You will work efficiently, show initiative and be friendly. Exceptionalcustomer service will be at heart of your role. You will also need to beconfident and comfortable when dealing with customers.

Skills You Need

• Full of determination, enthusiasm, and be able towork in fast-paced environment
• A nothing is too much trouble attitude
• Able to provide high levels of customer service andhave strong communication skills
• Fully flexible around working pattern (evening andweekends will be required)
• Be approachable and helpful
• Be organised, able to multi-task and attention to detail
• A strong team player
